7-Day Home Remedy Plan for Piles & Constipation

💧 Follow this daily routine for 7 days:


Morning (Empty Stomach)

  • Drink 1 glass of warm water + lemon juice + 1 tablespoon soaked basil seeds (Sabja).

  • After 15 minutes, take 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil OR 1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil.

  • Eat 2 tablespoons raw coconut meat or add grated coconut to porridge.


Mid-Morning

  • Drink 1 glass fresh coconut water (natural anti-inflammatory and cooling).


Lunch

  • Include grated coconut in your meal (rice, dal, salads, etc.).

  • Use olive oil as a salad dressing or drizzle over cooked vegetables.


Evening

  • Drink a cup of Tulsi (basil leaves) tea with a few drops of honey.


Night (Before Bed)

  • Chew 5–6 fresh basil leaves with 1 teaspoon desi ghee.

  • Apply coconut oil or olive oil externally to the anal area to reduce itching and swelling.


Notes:

  • Use only extra virgin (cold-pressed) coconut and olive oil.

  • Soak basil seeds for 15–20 minutes before use (never consume dry).

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day and eat a high-fiber diet.

  • Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods during this healing week.
